Hempstead workers allegedly seen hanging illegal Trump banner

A photo shows workers using a cherry picker with a Hempstead Town seal to allegedly hang a "Keep America Great 2020" banner. It is illegal to affix a sign to a county traffic signal without a permit, officials said.
